Still haven't had the time to work on the new site.

And don't even think about asking what else I have been doing? I am a very 'busy' man.

But will see if I can get as close to what we had at the last place. Change is good. It's like starting over with new expectations and motivation. You should change something in your life too - today.

...okay, TP, I'll DO it! I'll change and visit your website 10 times a day from now on, instead of only 5 times a day...

You know, we're hanging on to your every word, oh Most Enlightened Tennis Freaky One!

  4. TP you may find Wordpress2Blogger app useful, for moving your old posts..

  5. TP... you've now got "Official Freaking Site Of "The" Tennis Freaking Fans Worldwide" -- An extra The in the new name TP -- perhaps a typo.

  6. Hi Guys!

Banti, where are you, are you lost in cyberspace?

  7. I can't wait to see.It feels different already not being able to post under individual posts.

  8. Can you please use a different colour for the background? Black on green is quite hard to read for older folks like me. I'd prefer the old colour combination. But it's up to you!

  9. Dee, I have a friend with a Blogspot account who's fixed it so one can reply to original comments.
So I know it can be done; I'm just not sure what it takes.

(Also, I like the green - tribute to grass season? :-) - but I could see how some could find it tricky to read.)

TP, right now your new home is like Federer without the forehand and Nadal without the muscle.

    But:

You are too good a player not to win a slam, so don't worry about it. Well done on the new move. The loss is wordpress'.

  11. this is odd , having one long list of comments and having to read it all the way down.
New place feels like a new house === all clean and bright, walls all painted but we're waiting for the picturs on the walls and the ornaments on the coffee tables--- all the reminders and memories that make it feel like home

  12. From what i've read Blogger is kind of like Firefox, nothing special without extensions, but superb with them.
Widgets/Add-ons do exist for Blogger.. for almost anything one may wish for, including the utilities wordpress offers. The problem is, there are a lot of them, making choices difficult. I guess it takes some time for TP to find the right widgets, Then i'm sure Tennis Planet will be better than it used to be..

  13. Valencia draw is also out. I noticed Stan is playing there. Murray is def champ.

  14. Jenny, I think Ferru and A-Rod are going to be fighting it out for one of those "secure" WTF spots! Ferru leads A-Rod by about 20 points right now, I think.

  15. Yes, that's true, M. I like Andy, but I'll be rootng for Ferru to qualify, sorry Andy fans. Tough first round - G-Lo. No points to defend though.

  16. Pico is competing in Valencia, yay!
Also, Gilles as well as Gael. This tournament is going to be so exciting!

I'm kind of sulky that I'm probably going to practically miss the whole first half. *pouting*

G-Lo is tough, but I have faith in the 2008 champion. Vamos Ferru!

  17. It should be good. David will have a double incentive to be totally ruthless and focused. He as the speed, returns and netplay, but he'll need to hold firm with that serve. Vamos Ferru!

  18. How do you freaking reply to an individual comment? We have to copy/paste the quotes every time?

""And don't even think about asking what else I have been doing?"

    *is soooo tempted*"

lol get it together!, what else could you be doing?. lol.

  20. Banti, a friend of mine has a Blogspot blog, and we can reply to direct comments there -- and MHM has said Blogger has lots of individual widgets, so my guess is that it's one of those.

    To paraphrase that old song,
♪♫"Give it just a little more time ..."♪♫
    :-D

  21. M good to know!

T.P the site is coming along well. After M pointed out the Blogger widgets available did some research and wow! Real potential to outperform the old T.P. over time. Exciting.

  22. @banti I think that's one way of replying to another poster's comment i.e. prefixing@ before the poster's name..like on twitter; until TP customizes the blog by modifying his html page.
